Emma is a Project Manager for the Center for Advancing Dyadic Care in Pediatrics. She has a MPH from Boston University, with a focus on Community Assessment, Program Design, Implementation, and Evaluation. Emma is passionate about dismantling barriers to behavioral health care for youth and their families. She has 7+ years of administrative and management experience, having worked in clinical, research, and direct-care sectors. She developed her skillset by working positions in a variety of different fields and institutions, from managing research projects at Boston Medical Center, Boston University, and the Boston Public Health Commission, to providing administrative support to programs at the University of California, San Francisco, all the way to the beginning of her career in direct client care at Catholic Charities of San Francisco. Throughout this expansive career, Emma has maintained a trauma-informed lens when approaching patient care and retains a dedication to promoting health equity.
